Holiday Shipping 2023

In an effort to make gifting Lottie J. possible this holiday season, all products currently in-stock on the website (excluding custom fit) are ready to ship and eligible for this holiday shipping policy.

Orders placed before December 5th will ship by December 10th.

The official USPS website states that December 16th is the last day to ship for the holidays, but we cannot guarantee any arrival dates

You can pay for "rush shipping" at check out for an additional fee. Rush orders placed before December 10th will ship on December 12th with express USPS service.

If you order contains any custom items, the whole thing will not ship until after the 6-8 week* window.

Nope.

What size am I?
Use a measuring tape and our fit guide to find what size would fit you best.

Production Time
6-8 weeks*
All products (with the exemption of merch) are produced in-house and made by hand by a tiny team of just a few people. Expect to wait—and please consider the possibility that sometimes factors outside of our control can cause delays.

Custom fit orders usually fall into this time frame but, because of the nature of the order, it may take additional time to custom make sewing patterns, testers, etc. We may need longer than the usual 6-8 week production time to get custom orders exactly right before shipping. 

Shipping
Orders ship 7-14 days after production.

Payment
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal payments are accepted.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the US and Canada are not an option at this time. We are working to change this in the near future!

Other Shipping concerns 
We cannot control postal delays and transit times.
Please be aware that the usual USPS tracking quirks apply. Tracking can indicate "delivered" a couple days before it actually shows up, etc.

Lottie J. is not responsible for items lost/stolen in post, or for incorrect address information given at the time of purchase.


Missing Order Info
Custom orders must have all fit information and measurements included before you check out.

If your order is missing necessary information—or included incorrect information—we cannot guarantee that your order will be made to fit your needs or made at all. Please reach out to us immediately if you think this is the case.

Orders with missing information that go without correction for 30+ days are subject to our no refund policy. See below.

                                                        

 

Returns and Refunds

No returns or exchanges can be accepted under any circumstances.
No refunds can be issued after purchase.
No cancellations can be accepted after purchase.
No exceptions.

Custom fit guarantee:
If your custom order doesn't fit upon arrival we offer a remake guarantee.

Any issues with any item will be taken seriously, corrected promptly and accordingly. Please reach out to us.


*Lottie J. reserves the right to change estimate order processing and production times, and/or pause production at any time. Please remember that every item is handmade in house, by only a couple of humans.

This statement is part of a contingency plan in the event of unexpected incidents or emergency.
