FAQs
Orders
- Ready to Ship (RTS)
RTS items are ready to be added to your collection! RTS items include all pre-made/in-stock items.
Orders containing only RTS items usually ship within 1-2* weeks after purchase.
Orders containing both RTS and MTO items will ship within 1-2* weeks after the MTO items are finished being made by our team.
- Made to Order (MTO)
MTO items include any item that is not in stock at the time of purchase. MTO items are added to our production queue after purchase. Production time can take up to 6-8* weeks.
All of the following are considered MTO:

- Items in the online shop with a "made to order" label and a MTO info notice below the "Add to cart" button.
- Items ordered as custom fit, either online or in person.
- Out of stock items purchased in person either during an in-studio visit or at an event.

- MTO Custom fit
Our custom fit option is always available. We will make any design (currently offered in our shop) according to your fit needs. Every product listing offers the option to select custom fit in addition to our other size & fit options.
How to order: Simply select "custom" from an items size drop down menu and follow the prompts to provide the info we need to build your custom fit Lottie's. Please include all fit info for every order. Custom fit info from previous orders will not automatically attach to new orders.

When ordering MTO items expect to wait- In addition to your consideration for our hand-made production process we ask that you please consider that factors outside of our control can sometimes cause delays. In the event that we do experience delays that affect order times you may experience longer wait times than our 6-8 week estimate. You may not get any unprompted updates outside of the tracking notification that is sent when orders are shipped. If you choose to reach out regarding a wait time estimate please include your order number. If you are inquiring about an order that is still within the 6-8 week estimated at the time of inquiry we will send you a link to this page in hopes that your question is answered here. If your question is not answered or if your order is past the 6-8 week estimate we will respond to best of our ability, usually within 7-10 days.

Shipping
RTS orders ship 7-14 days after purchase. Orders containing MTO items ship 1-2 weeks after production.
International Shipping
Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. Other locations are not an option at this time. We are working to change this in the near future!
Delayed or lost packages
Once your order leaves our studio it is quite literally out of our hands. We cannot control postal delays or transit times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After an order is shipped we have no more control over any issues than you as the customer unfortunately.
Please be aware that the usual USPS tracking quirks and inconsistencies happen all the time i.e. tracking can indicate "delivered" a couple days before it actually shows up, etc.

Returns & Refunds
No returns or exchanges can be accepted under any circumstances.
No refunds can be issued after purchase.
No cancellations can be accepted after purchase.
No exceptions.
We take pride in our products and fit is important. If you feel you followed our fit guide correctly and something isn't right, or if there is an issue with something you ordered, we want to know. Please reach out to us.
*Lottie J. reserves the right to change estimate order processing and production times, and/or pause production at any time. Please remember that every item is handmade in house, by only a couple of humans.
This statement is part of a contingency plan in the event of unexpected incidents or emergency.
